Built around real life

Good people.
Very many unread messages.

Start with a situation people recognize. Show what changes. Make the solution easy to understand.

Digital loyalty · How it would work

Five visits.
Zero paper cards.

Loyalty progress, appointment details and business information in the same digital pass. The receipt collection can finally retire.

  1. Add the pass once.A participating business shares an Add to Wallet link or QR code. The customer saves their own pass in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet on a supported device.
  2. The business records the visit.Staff confirm an eligible visit in a secure business dashboard, or an approved checkout integration records it. Opening a pass does not earn a stamp.
  3. The pass reflects the progress. The same pass keeps customer details, appointment information, visit count and reward status together. The business verifies and records redemption, then starts the next reward cycle.

This example uses five eligible visits. Each business would define its own eligibility, rewards and terms. Issuing passes, staff access, customer records and system integrations must be implemented before a live launch.

One eligible visit to your next reward.

Pass details

One pass, more than loyalty.
Customer identification, next appointment, business contact, location, booking link and reward terms belong with the same pass. Front-of-pass fields stay focused; supporting details sit in the pass details.

Illustrative content. A business would supply its actual contact, location and booking links before issuing passes.

Try the staff action. This is a browser simulation only.

No visit is stored, no reward is issued and no Wallet pass is created. This page does not send notifications.

The idea behind the experience

One pass.
A clearer plan.

Useful technology deserves a clear story: why it matters, how it fits into real life and what to do next.

Make it yours

Plan a pass with your organization's name, identity and useful details.

Share one place to look

A link or QR code introduces the idea of keeping membership details in a supported Wallet.

Keep the details current

Put the useful change first. Give people a clear place to check the latest details.

More than a card mockup

A useful product.
A story people can see themselves in.

LumenCard brings together product explanation, interactive design and everyday storytelling. The scenes show the confusion. The pass shows a simpler way forward.

A few fair questions

Before you add another tab.

What is this project?

LumenCard is a demonstration of a product story, brand identity and interactive experience. It is a concept presentation, not a live pass-issuing service.

Is this another app for members?

The concept uses Apple Wallet and Google Wallet rather than a separate LumenCard member app. Device support and setup will be confirmed during pilot planning.

Will everyone always see every notification?

No. Notification display and delivery depend on platform behavior, connectivity and user settings. A wallet pass should not be presented as a guarantee that a person has read an update.

Can this replace a paper loyalty card?

That is the concept: a customer-specific digital pass showing eligible visits or points and reward status. Apple Wallet and Google Wallet support loyalty passes. A live LumenCard loyalty service, its rules and its business tools still need to be implemented and tested.

Does the phone count visits automatically?

No. An authorized staff action or a configured checkout integration must record an eligible visit. The business must also verify and record reward redemption. The Wallet pass is where the customer sees the updated progress.

Why the everyday humor?

Because people recognize a bag full of receipts, a changed practice time or a bulletin printed too early. The humor makes the communication problem clear before introducing the technology.

Is the demo a working pass?

No. It is a local simulation in your browser. It does not send a notification or issue a pass, and the information typed into the demo is not submitted by this page.
